When did you feel most alive recently? Where were you? What did you smell? What sights and sounds did you experience? Capture that moment on paper and recall that feeling. Then, when it’s time to create something, read your own words to reclaim a sense of being to motivate you to complete a task at hand.


It’s hard to beat the sensation of dancing along with a large, sweaty crowd to Andrew W.K., singing his heart out on stage just a few metres away. The music wasn’t deafening or painfully loud – but it was loud enough that you could feel the pressure of it on your eardrums, while the bass and drums warred to control your heartbeat, and you sang along at the top of your voice and could barely hear yourself.

I got wet.
